Great Investment for Anyone

Someone living in AZ where it’s 100+ for 6 months out of the year, this is perfect for indoors. Constantly busy with work making it difficult to go to the gym. This IS a super fun and enjoyable workout alternative. The range of speeds from 1-99 is pretty impressive. Perfect for just shaking things out to relax and help alleviate pain/tension, as well as a full blown workout. So excited to keep using this, have already started seeing a feeling results. The exercise bands helps allow for diverse circuits. So easy to do while watching tv, listening to a podcast or anything really. HIGHLY recommend!!!!

This was recently purchased to use at home because I have experience good results using the large vibration plate at the gym and this will supplement this at home
