I love this vibration plate. It has more than enough levels and comes with a complete list of exercises so you know where to begin. The remote is very handy so you don’t have to worry about bending down to adjust it.

I’ve had back problems for 2 years. Had shots, epidurals chiropractor
Many many things I can hardly walk when I get up in the mornings. I get on my plate and it’s awesome. The pain leaves me. I feel everyone should buy one. This is my 2nd on. I bought this one to take on a road trip it’s smaller that the life pro and lighter to get in and out of car. I can’t say enough. I’ve already sold 4 for you… need commission lol I’m 81 years old
