Listen, I (33 M) bought this for myself on Cyber Monday because of it's popularity in the natural health community. It's been in our living room since and both my parents won't leave it alone. It became an early Christmas present for them! They both take turns using it at least 3 times a day. On the lowest setting. Their first reaction of standing on the board is priceless!
