I am deep down the rabbit hole of benefits ascribed to vibration plates. LifePro Waver seemed like a reasonable and affordable way to test the waters. You can spend a lot more.
There is a lot of value here. Stretch mini bands. Resistance bands with handles. Remote. Lots of speed variation. Easy set up. And so quiet. I unboxed last night at 10:30 and tested it out for 10 minutes while the wife slept in the room next door.
So, there are your first impressions. I will add another review or edit this in a few days or so.

Looks and feels very promising

I unboxed and set the Waver up. Tested on 25 for 15 minutes. I like the way it vibrates the arms, legs, neck, stomach and butt muscles. My wife and I are excited to get a routine started with this waver plate. I can feel the tension release in the neck and shoulder area while using it.
