Love the Waver

I've only used it a couple of days. The exercises definitely tire my muscles but I do not have the tightness and pain the following day that I experience with traditional exercise. I don't have a dedicated spot where I can leave it set up so moving it can be a challenge since it weighs 35 lbs and is on the floor. I have to remind myself to use my legs, not my back to move it.
