Getting Started with my Waver

I was a little nervous opening up the big heavy box containing my Waver, but found a well written user guide, clear step by step instructions, a easy to read chart with pictures and descriptions of exercises, links to tutorials, videos, etc. Also information about how to get help if you need it. I am excited and confident that the Waver is going to be a fantastic addition to my workout regimen!!

I don't usually enjoy exercising as I have "aged." This Lifepro, however, has made moving fun and I feel it will be helpful for my circulation the more I use it.
