I bought this because I have lymphedema in my arms since having breast cancer 12 years ago. I’ve only had my unit for 10 days and the I can already notice a difference in the lymphatic fluid in my arms! Also I’ve had puffiness under my eyes for years and it is gone!!! WOW! I didn’t expect that!!! There is no other explanation but that I started using the vibration plate 10 days ago!!! Oh and I’ve dropped 5 lbs too!

I was recommended to add the Waver vibration plate for multiple reasons to improve my health. I have an autoimmune disease and it's hard for me to workout when I have fibromyalgia flares. The vibration plate helps loosen my tight muscle fibers and improve lymphatic drainage.
I unboxed everything and just plugged it up. The only problem is the plug doesn't go 100% in. I sampled the vibration plate I ordered and I looked through the manual. I can't believe how versatile it is!

I’ve only been using this a couple weeks, but I absolutely love it. My legs are much less tired and I feel like they’re not as heavy.
