Received my waver vibration plate a few days ago and started using it right away. I'm at an age where my body's joints and muscles seem to be a little stiffer and need some extra help...especially in the morning. What a wonderful addition the vibration plate is to my daily routine. I can definitely feel the difference it makes and truly look forward to using it every day. I am excited for the progress I'll see as I continued to use it. Thank you LifePro!!!
