Received my fitness plate two days ago. I have been gradually increasing my time on it. It makes my legs feel lighter after using it. I'm glad I purchased it and plan to use it often.

So far this has been an OK experience. I sit and place feet on machine at level 1 for 5 minutes. Will work my way up.
