I tried my waver twice today. Read all instructions and first just sat and used for 15 min alternating time in walk jog and run to feel the difference. Second time I stood (knees unlocked as instructed) in walk and jog on low speed over 10 minutes. I felt good afterwards and look forward to adding the various exercises provided!

Intense workout without strain

As an older adult, chasing my grandkids was a full time workout without results and often with pain later in the evening. The Lifepro is helping me to tone my arms, abdomen and legs and actually eliminates the pain from energy bursts from chasing grandkids. This is AMAZING!

Love it so so much!

My uncle has one of these and I used it every morning when I was visiting family. I have a lot of inflammation and I find that it really did help me. I really like this one because of the resistance band and all of the settings. It’s good to get stuff moving and i’m excited to check back in after i’ve used it for a significant amount of time.

Works as described. You will feel itchy after using it for a while. Helps with knee stability and low back pain. A bit noisy.
