We are older and wonder if we should have gotten a smaller lighter model. The ads showed an easy to move model under a bed and such. Thus one is very heavy and not easy to move. Am easing into using it.

I was given the waver vibration plate as an early Christmas present to help with my lymphatic system during a health issue and it has been a game changer! I thought it was a great gift for me but our whole family enjoys it- especially my son!
