I’ve only used it about six times and so far I like it! Definitely helps release lower back stress at the end of my workday.
I’m a little disappointed with the lack of ability to save the level you were on. Every time I turn it on it starts from zero unless using a program. Could be user error but so far haven’t found a way.

I love this product! I owned a cheaper version and after a few uses it was broken. After replacing once, and trying to get a refund, I gave up and bought the lifepro. It's been fantastic.
