I love my waver plate, I’ve had it for about a year and realized that I may need to have another for my office. Now I never Miss a day. Great for tight muscles.

I use this while I work, with an effort to engage my core. I’ve noticed that my body temp definitely heats up with use— I’d recommend a fan!
