The best!!!

I've been using my vibration plate for at least 15 minutes each day and there is a noticeable difference in how I'm feeling in my mobility and energy. I am OBSESSED! I've already convinced four friends to buy them and it hasn't even been two weeks :)

I just received my Waver vibration plate 2 days ago and have used it daily. It is easy to use and I can feel a difference in my legs after just 15 minutes. Looking forward to seeing other changes after longer use.
