So far I've only used the basic mode that is illustrated on the flyer/poster that came with the product, yet that has been great. Now I look forward to plugging into more intensive workouts

Trouble with power cord staying plugged in

The back plug in the back of machine comes unplugged to easily and cuts off in the middle of a workout., very frustrating.

I’ve only had this for a few days but I’m absolutely loving it. I can’t wait to see the changes and results, I’m already sleeping better at night and feeling more awake in the morning. 10/10 recommend!
