So far, so good. We’ve only had the Waver Vibration Plate for a short time, but it seems to be helping us to get more active; which is why we purchased it.

Vibration plate

I’ve been using the LifePro vibration plate for a little while now, and it’s honestly better than I expected. Super easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and I can feel my legs and glutes working right away. I love the preset programs and the remote makes switching speeds simple.
Only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there’s a bit of a learning curve with the settings at first. But once you get the hang of it, it’s a great addition to your routine. Overall, really happy with it!
