I love the Waver vibration plate. It truly exceeds my expectations. It's well made, sturdy and versatile. My husband hates exercise and he's already tried it and loves it. I'm a PT and I've been looking for ways to get him moving! I love doing squats and lunges on it. We're both in our 60s and this device is a win-win for both of us.
