This product and its technology became a critical part of my daily routine after diagnosed with several systemic infections that have left me very fragile, weak with detox pathways blocked and a sluggish digestive system. This plate is the bomb! The plate is quiet and solid. I’m 5’11 and glad I got the large plate. The width gives you more positions to explore and solid stable footage. This is one of those items where you look back and ask yourself how did I manage without it? There is nothing out there that ‘shakes and stirs’ your body and its cells like this does. This is a game changer for the healthy and the unhealthy. This was my pick after much research with the assistance of ChatGPT. And I’m very happy!

Only time will tell; however, so far so good! Purchased to attempt to ease the soreness and swelling from my fused ankle and foot- used it last night prior to bed and woke up with less swelling.

Loving my Lifepro

I have used a couple of the program modes. Mostly I leave it at 15 minutes and turn it up to 99. It is very sturdy. The weight limit on mine is 330lb. At 6'4" 240lbs I didn't want to max out a lighter model that was rated at 260lbs.
I have only had it about a month. It seems well built. I feel comfortable with the durability at this point
