I just got this and did the recommended 5 minutes to begin. I really felt it work. It was an easy set up and was able to start right away. I did watch some beginner videos before I received the Waver so I felt well prepared.

Perfect for me because I had major back surgery and still felt I needed to exercise, but with low impact. This is a full body workout with low impact and easy resistance. Also perfect for light stretching! I’ve already lost 2 pounds and feel so much better overall in just 1 week without much effort! Just get on and enjoy for only 10-20 per day!! Thank you LifePro! I’m so happy about my affordable worthy investment!!

I have Parkinson's and use this devise for keeping my circulation going when I can I can;t do strenuous exercise. It's gentle when I need it to be and strong when I need more power.
