I am very impressed with the decrease of pain in my hips since I have been using my vibration plate. I went from pain at an 8.5 level down to zero pain in a week. I have no pain and am walking normally for the first time in years.

I tried this at my mother-in-laws and fell in love with how the tension was shaken out of my body. I got my own and it is just as fabulous. Would recommend to anyone who works a desk job and needs the dust knocked off of them at the end of a shift
