So far so good, kinda weird in a good way

New to this, bought it to help increase lymphatic drainage for health and to help relax tight muscles in my husbands back. Seems like it doesn't do anything, but offer a good laugh. Then you get off, all your muscles are warm and you feel like you just had a massage and are really relaxed. When the husband uses it without forcing him, you know it works!

This lifepro vibration board is exactly what I need for not only a knee injury, add an acquired and traumatic brain injury among other physical injuries. I’m starting to feel better, my balance is improving, my knee is improving quicker than I anticipated. It reminds me of sitting on the spin cycle of the 1970’s washing machines, you know the ones that could vibrate away from the wall.

The Waver is the best alternative for those that have a hard time working out or that have lymph drainage issues and don't want to jump on a trampoline. Use it for short or long periods and you will have amazing benefits and fee great! So glad I purchased one.
