So far using the waver vibration plate has made me feel much less stiff and I find my hips are functioning smoother when walking. It's an enjoyable exercise. Easy to understand and use out of the box.

I got this item due to my blood circulation being bad and my Lymph nodes constantly swelling up and im so glad I did. its helped loosen up my upper body from tightness and stress.
