Life changing

Due to a knee issue, I was not able to do high impact exercises. The lifepro has given me a high intensity workout that helps improve my muscles mass. The only thing I would recommend is to get the mini one if you have limited space. I wish I would have.

New Beginnings Workout

It was a bit larger than anticipated but that is fine. I was on it for a few minutes, it is very sturdy. I did note that I will need to have a chair close by because of my vertigo, but I am very impressed with what I accomplished in a few minutes.

Lifepro Waver Vibration plate

Starting brand new with as a vibration plate user. Honest review after first day of use for 15 minutes. I couldn't handle standing on the plate so I sat in a chair and put my feet in the jogging position. I was able to tolerate for 10 straight minutes of use. I combined with a red infared mat on my back (along my entire spine) for two treatments of 30 mins each yesterday. I noticed today I could walk with reduced knee pain and zero back pain which I have not done in over two years. I am excited to see what continued use will do!

Tried this as soon as it was delivered and just on the pre programmed workout it really workouts out everything in your body! I can’t wait to keep using this a few times a day!
