It’s very soothing. It helps with my legs and my arms my whole torso. Makes me exercise when the weather is bad out or when the weather is too hot. The only thing is it’s a little too complicating when it comes to setting up your program that’s very complicating. I wish they would simplify it easier

Very easy to unpack, assemble, and start.
Beware of the rubber smell though unpacking. Unpack where it’s well ventilated and can breathe for a bit. The handles had to go outside, smell was unbearable. The machine itself was smelly but not extremely strong.

Fun and effective!

I’ve enjoyed my vibration plate for the past several weeks! I ENJOY using it, which for me is key to consistency. I feel good after using it, can tell my circulation is improving, and can already see new toning in my butt and hips.
As a bonus, my sensory seeking kid LOVES spending a few minutes on it each day.

Just received the product. Look forward to the benefits. Having difficulty accessing an email that should show me videos as it is saying me email doesn't exist. I will contact Lifepro about that and see if they can work that out. Excited to start seeing benefits from this awesome machine.
