I bought this to help with lymphatic drainage and circulation and I’ve used it a couple times now and feel less muscle pains and I feel lighter. And it is very sturdy!!

I just received my waver two days ago, and am liking it so far. I gave it four stars instead of five because the cover of the battery compartment on my remote seems slightly defective (although the remote is still operational).

Impressive and easy to operate vibration plate. Essential for older people who cannot walk a lot. Great for stimulating body and muscles and builds circulation and flexibility. Promotes longevity.

I feel better, but it's loud

I walk 10,000 steps a day... with out fail. After I walk, I stand on my vibration plate and I generally do not feel any soreness etc. I do feel like it helps.
