Not working correctly

The machine will power on but would not start. I left it alone for about 30 minutes and all of sudden it started. It then wouldnt turn off. I had to finally unplug from the wall . Maybe a short circuit of some kind. Would love to just have a replacement was really looking forward to using this

Just received my waver today. I already love the way it works. I am excited to learn and experience the different level of intensity and excercises. I am rating it a 4 for now. I used it twice today and can not wait til morning to get on it again.
