Immediately eased lower back pain

I have spondylioarthritis and this immediately eased the tension in my low back. It gave me such good vibes through my legs, thighs, and butt after using it for about 15m. 10/10 I’m in love so far.

Just bought the waver vibration plate and I love it! So easy to use I love how it makes me feel. Still a beginner with it but can’t wait to start doing more workouts with it!
