I started using the Waver Plate about a week ago. So far, I am loving it. I have AR & Osteoarthritis and my joints are feeling better. I also find it a good warmup before my workout.

I just received my waver two days ago, and am liking it so far. I gave it four stars instead of five because the cover of the battery compartment on my remote seems slightly defective (although the remote is still operational).

I feel better, but it's loud

I walk 10,000 steps a day... with out fail. After I walk, I stand on my vibration plate and I generally do not feel any soreness etc. I do feel like it helps.
