I ordered only one vibration plate and then received only one and were charged for two! I will improve my review if someone will call me to correct so I can get my money back!

Catch the wave

We just opened and tried out our Waver vibration plate for the first time tonight. We love it! My husband tried it first and said it made his lower back feel better. I agree. I also noticed I was engaging my core and pelvic floor. Today was relaxing but I’m sure I will try more exercises as we go. I believe we have a winner!
