I've had my vibration plate for a year.. I use it daily.. it most definitely keeps fluid moving after I've been standing for long periods of time.. I would definitely recommend one...

I received my Waver Vibration Plate today. It arrived quickly, is very sturdy and was easy to set up. I've used it once and it was great! Looking forward to getting great results and feeling fantastic with consistent use.
