It's only been a few days, but I have high expectations for results. Even helping with lymph drainage is worth it. If I can get a better workout too, then even better!

After using the Waver plate the first day, I had to use the bathroom twice during the night, which never happens. I also had to use it when I got up in the morning.

I think the Waver Vibration Plate will be just what I need to address my issues with sciatica, neuropathy and arthritis. that is, if I can get my husband off of it!
