The vibration plate is grey with black rubber on the inside. I haven’t used it yet but plan on starting in the am tomorrow

Better Bones

I bought the way vibrational plate because it had three different benefits, walk jog run. I am improving my health and adding this with the exercise program is going to be a great benefit to my muscles and bones and lymphatic system. I am also going to let my 86 year-old mother, use it to help build her bone density
