Slow and steady and I win!

I am so glad I ordered the Lifepro Waver plate. My muscles really do feel refreshed and then relaxed when I am done with any of the program settings. I especially like it when the speed and intensity changes throughout one session.
I am working my way up on the intensity to make sure I don't over do it. But, I can tell that I am easily able to increase my workout time and difficulty every week since I have had it, and I feel stronger and less stressed in my body, better able to take on my day. This product has the right name. I am grateful because my physical quality of life is definitely better. Thanks for a great product that actually does what it says!

The P03 program is my favorite. The variation in the speed and intensity not only gives me a great workout, but the changes keep me engaged.
I can genuinely say that I like the way my body feels both during and after. I fully appreciate this product because it works!

Today is my first day using the LifePro Waver. I had an injury to my shin almost two weeks ago and was just diagnosed with possible lympedema and/or venous insufficiency. I have faith that this product will help me a lot to reverse these conditions. I think it will help my Baker's cyst and fluid build-up behind the left knee too.

Actually does not help back pain.

The advertising claims this will help back pain. Started very slowly and after two sessions had a huge increase in my back discomfort. I suggest caution if that would be the reason you wanted to try this vibration plate.
