Have only had it for a few days no. I have used it once a day for 15 minutes. I do enjoy the feeling of circulation in my legs when I am finished. I usually have restless legs when it's time to go to bed. It might be too early to tell, but I have had a couple nights of sleep without my legs being restless. Hope to have a better review after a month of use or so.

I was asked for a review as soon as I filled out the registration ?
So far, we really like it. Heavy, heavy duty. Has several program levels & 99 speeds ? We haven't tried them all, obviously. Hope this works for a long time.

Relaxed all of my muscles. I’m fairly active so i placed my feet on the running part of the platform and turned set the vibration at 39.

I looked at many vibration steps before deciding on Lifepro. Then looked at which model. Decided on the waver. It seemed the best choice all round to suit my exercise needs and my budget. So far I’m really pleased. It’s very quiet (important as I live in an apartment) and has a good range of programs. I like that the programs specify the benefits of each one. I’m in my 70’s and got this to help with balance, joints, and bone density in particular. Fat reduction is a bonus! It’s well built, feels very stable and not too heavy to move. My only con is that the lead could be longer. I have to use an extension lead. Still, it’s not a big deal.
