after spinal surgery, the nerves were shot; very little feeling, plus swelling in my leg. just sitting with my legs on the waver has helped.

Just received it, and I'm on my second day. I sometimes have issues with vertigo and was not sure whether this would aggravate it. As recommended, I am starting slow and I really am enjoying it. And no problem with vertigo!
