Nice and quiet.

We love this machine. It is very quiet and we enjoy the the way we feel after a fifteen minute program. No sore muscles or joints. It is simply great at what it is designed for. We are in our eighties and don't need to lose weight but we do need to improve circulation and muscle tone. We are very pleased with the product.

The vibration plate works fine. I just bought it so don’t know how it will hold up over time. Time will show.
