Jumped on for a few minutes after unpacking. I like how quiet the machine is, and could already feel a good workout in the short time I was on. Looking forward to completing a full program/time, and adding different positions and the bands.

I’m pretty new at this vibration stuff. But I’ve been using the weaver vibration plate for a little over a week and I’m loving it. I’m a hairdresser so my legs are tired at the end of the day. A few minutes of vibration and it soothes them! I also love doing my exercises in the morning as I don’t have tons of time for an hour work out. I can’t wait to see how I feel in a few months when hopefully I will see physical results in my figure.
