Best vibration plate

This one has such a wide range of vibration levels and is so big! I love the rubber mat on top too! Big enough and comfy enough to sit criss cross applesauce on it!!!

This, so far, is the best low-impact exercise machine I have ever used. Great for restarting your exercise journey. Highly recommend!

Well, I’ve only had a few days it is comparable to the one at the gym and has really helped my plantar fasciitis. Appreciate the reference material as well.

I lost my remote control for my Liferpro platform. I need to find out how to order a replacement.
