Bought this from an individual who accidentally bought 2. So far this seems to work great. My husband and I have both used it and it appears to help.

Fit and Healthy 74 year old retired cardiac rehab nurse finding this a nice addition to my fitness regimen which includes walking with weighted best, elliptical workouts, and resistance bands.
Just getting started but look forward to further gains in balance, core strength, and bone density.
