Just bought the waver vibration plate and I love it! So easy to use I love how it makes me feel. Still a beginner with it but can’t wait to start doing more workouts with it!

Different way to activate the body, though effective to improve tone and balance.

Immediately eased lower back pain

I have spondylioarthritis and this immediately eased the tension in my low back. It gave me such good vibes through my legs, thighs, and butt after using it for about 15m. 10/10 I’m in love so far.

Everything works great. My only complaint is that the matt is a little raised in the center.

I jump on first thing in the morning and it makes me feel great the rest of the day. I find I get so much more done.
