The cord and cord jack are not tight

It’s easily disconnected . Can I get a new cord ? Or a new cord jack so it doesn’t get disconnected ?

This Waver is my second machine. My first machine was Turbo got it in 2021. It light up but stop working. So I did not know if it could be fix or replace. I need this machine to help me with my health legs and my back statics nerve.
