So far so good

I just turned 64 and I am 3 months into a serious attempt to lose 50 pounds and regain my balance after a bad fall and 2 broken legs. So far, I’ve lost 31 lbs. and have begun carefully walking down stairs alternating feet, instead of right foot, right foot, right foot. Huge progress! I’m loving the vibration plate as it is clearly speeding up my recovery time.
