Just received my waver today. I already love the way it works. I am excited to learn and experience the different level of intensity and excercises. I am rating it a 4 for now. I used it twice today and can not wait til morning to get on it again.

The waver vibration plate has been a great addition to my daily routines. It also helped with muscle soreness after a half marathon.

This waver is quiet but effective. It will be primarily used for recovery and lymphatic drainage!
