I use it in the morning and in the evening before bed. I am hoping it will help my joints in the long run. So far, I sleep so well after using it at night.

I am unable to do any impact exercise. I also have many health conditions and this product has made exercise and pain relief possible and easy!

After a long day of flying across the country (I’m a flight attendant) I look so forward to jumping on my Waver and the amazing way I feel after a 15 minute session. I’ve added an upper body dumbbell workout during my session and have seen great improvement. I’m working on my balance and muscle tone and am loving my Lifepro waver!
