This product is great. Only giving a 3 because I have had it 10 days and it stopped working. Once I get a new one in exchange for this one I will be using it again everyday.

So far using the waver vibration plate has made me feel much less stiff and I find my hips are functioning smoother when walking. It's an enjoyable exercise. Easy to understand and use out of the box.
