The vibration plate is new to me. I love the preset modes. I've use the product a little over a week now and my legs feel genuinely stronger.

Challenging but fun

Just received my Waver Vibration Plate. Having issues with circulation and achy legs from stuck lymph. Tried it sitting down and boy, just a few minutes with my legs on the plate and they already feel so much better. Can’t wait to get better and better with standing on it. I’m sold!

Only starting out , there is a lot to learn
I Am a diabetic insulin dependent
I m on Mounjaro and weighed 177 Pounds
And now down to 131 Pounds
I decided to get the waver for bone density and muscle
