Not as strong as other competitor brands

I bought this plate after using another brand at a spa. This doesn’t compare to the strength of the better quality version made by another company. ‘So-si’ for at home use but should have spent more on the higher quality product as I don’t find myself using this as much as I intended.

I have chronic back pain. I decided to purchase the vibration plate so I can use during my work day. I work from home and spend a great part of my day sitting and need something I can hop on without stepping away. It fits perfectly under my desk. When I need a break, I hop on it whether it's a brain break or working at my desk. I'm pleased with purchase and notice a physical different two week into using.
