I am handicapped and haven’t stood on the vibration plate yet but I have used it for my feet. I have noticed it helps my neuropathy, circulation and the swelling in my feet.

Just received the plate the other day and so far, we love it. Already has helped with getting movement in right away in the morning and also with some lower back discomfort. Excited to see the long-term results!
