So far it’s amazing!

I just got it and I did a simple workout on it and I had no hip or knee pain whatsoever! I started slowly and only had it on the lowest setting, but it was amazing and the workout was challenging, Yet fun!

Been using my waver for about a week. Hard to see any changes yet but so far so good. It’s a nice change of pace. Seems relaxing & easy to work into my daily routine. Excited to see what benefits come my way.
