I’m loving my new waver vibration plate. It’s powerful on the low setting so I’m starting with only a few minutes a day at a lower setting and will work my way up. Super happy with my purchase!

Just unboxed this and love it already. I’ve had my eye on this for about a year now and finally pulled the trigger and ordered it after someone had a LifePro vibration plate at my yoga studio. Can’t wait to see all the capabilities at home in my own comfort!
