I’ve been using this product for about 7 days and noticed a change almost immediately. My hip pain has subsided and I will continue to use it daily to see if it improves other areas.

I told myself I would give myself one month to form
An opinion that that's not needed. I wake up and look forward to doing my 15 minutes on the vibration plate. I swear to you because of the instant blood flow my lower back that always is tight in the morning feels so much better.
