Love my vibrational plate!

I used my sisters last week for the first time ever! It was a different brand and smaller. After some research, I selected lifepro. I received it on Dec. 9, 2024 and have used it 2x ... it is Dec. 10th lol. I love the size and the different speeds. I tend to stand wide for the maximum vibration but love that I can change my stance to vary the workout as well. I'm looking forward to using it daily!

I started using the Waver in addition to walking on the treadmill and already feel it working different areas. Just started using so well see about muscle tone.

I've only used it twice since I received it, but it's really fun to stand on. I'm going to try to use it at least 5 days a week and exercise while on.
