Just getting started on this journey. Getting the Waver set up was easy with all of the available videos and instructions. Just finished my 1st 10 minutes in manual mode, on level 1. It seems to work great! Level 1 feels pretty powerful, I can’t imagine how level 99 works. Looking forward to many years with this vibration plate! I feel confident in the purchase with a lifetime warranty giving me peace of mind.

Great product to add to your home workout!

So far so good! Can feel the results immediately and definitely next day. Very nice especially after sitting on the job all day or driving long hours. Really loosens things up and gets the muscles firing. I like to stretch my back just by arching and twisting while standing on it. Also works well for my morning routine. I used to use the rebounder, trampoline. This is reaching even more areas and muscles.
